Established is 2012, Edge Painting Services is a family owned business run by Jon and Wendy. With a combined 50+ years on the brushes, they decided to push forward with a business of their own and haven’t looked back, now employing over 25 people and still enjoying the on-site work when required.

Based out of West Melton we service the full Canterbury Region and have built a reputation on quality, service and trust in our 6 short years of operation, and will continue to build on this in both the Residential and Commercial sectors.

OUR APPROACH

Our approach and aim for all projects, regardless of scale or budget, is to make sure we deliver a faultless service from start to finish. This is achieved by investing time and energy into project management, communication and training of our people.

At the centre of Edge Painting are our team of qualified and experienced plasterers, painters and project managers who have the expertise and experience to undertake the full spectrum of plastering and painting.

MEET OUR TEAM
Jon & Wendy PyeOwnersOriginally from Auckland, Jon and Wendy relocated to Christchurch after the devastating 2010/2011 earthquakes and begun working for already established decorating companies. Six months on and with 50+ years of painting experience between them they took a dive into the unknown of starting their own business. With a view to provide customers with the best service, quality and timeframes possible and to respect, educate and grow their employees it was a positive start. Five years later, Jon and Wendy employ over 25 people and have made true on their view, they are enjoying the ride and now call Canterbury home.

Nick RobinsonProject ManagerWith 20+ years of painting experience and a strong presence, Jon placed Nick into the role of Project Manager in 2014, since then the number of people Nick oversees has grown significantly. Nick is our man on the spot, checking daily on quality and finish, timeframes and schedules and looking after all the important business out on the road.

Lauren TulittAdministrationLauren comes to us with a passion for architecture and background in customer service and graphic design. Keeping the office under control is Lauren’s department, whether it’s a quote, accounts or scheduling query, Lauren will get the answers you require
